Refund Policy

Because all artwork commissioned through email is custom-made to your specific requests, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued once work has officially begun.

However, I value your satisfaction and understand that unexpected situations can happen. If an unusual, unforeseen event occurs before the project is completed (such as a major medical emergency, or an extreme shift in project scope), please email me immediately. Any partial refunds for canceled, active projects are granted entirely at the Artist's discretion. If approved, a refund will only cover uncompleted labor and will deduct the cost of any time already spent and raw materials already purchased. Any upfront deposit required to secure your spot on my commission calendar is strictly non-refundable, as it reserves my time and prevents me from taking on other clients.
